摘要
绩效管理在提高医院核心竞争力、促进医院健康发展中发挥着不可替代的作用。该文分析了眼科学科的主要特点、改进医院眼科绩效管理的基本依据,以及如何构建医院眼科完善的绩效考核体系,提高绩效管理水平的主要策略。
Performance management plays an irreplaceable role in improving the core competitiveness of hospitals and promoting the healthy development of hospitals.The main characteristic of this paper analyzes the subject of ophthalmology,improving the basic foundation of ophthalmic hospital performance management,and how to build a hospital ophthalmology perfect performance appraisal system,improve the level of performance management of the main strategy.
