摘要
对比2015—2019年某民营眼科医院和某省2家三甲公立医院眼科各主要运营项目收入的变动情况,分析主要运营项目收入增长幅度的差异以及收入结构的变化,探讨公立医院眼科发展的运营模式。结果表明,民营医院眼科注重发展准分子激光手术和眼视光服务项目,而公立医院眼科更倾向于对白内障手术及眼后段手术的诊治,收入结构变化明显。因此,公立医院应该通过创设A字形运营模式、构建相对独立的财务运营体系、优化绩效分配方案和探索互联网诊疗等举措,提高运营效率,增加医疗服务性收入,推动眼科实现高质量发展。
By comparing a private eye hospital and two public hospitals of class grade A in a province,this article analyzes their differences in income growth range of the main operating items and the changes of income structure.The study shows that from 2015 to 2019,the private ophthalmology department increasingly shared the market of excimer laser surgery and optometry services.Meanwhile,ophthalmic market of the above public hospitals develops rapidly,with a large share of cataract surgery and posterior segment surgery,and the revenue structure changes significantly.Accordingly,the author suggests:The public hospitals should promote the high-quality development of ophthalmology by establishing A-type operation model;To establish a financial operation system independently;To optimize the performance assessment and distribution system;To carry out the day surgery;To explore a multidisciplinary cooperation model(MDT)and Internet diagnosis and treatment.
