摘要
对鞍钢260 t铁水脱硫站的铁水温度条件、脱硫喷粉速率、脱硫喷枪插入深度以及扒渣工艺进行了优化,对铁水脱硫的控制方法及控制目标进行了介绍。采用镁基复合喷粉脱硫工艺,入转炉铁水硫可以达到0.002%~0.030%目标要求。通过铁水脱硫工艺与LF钢包精炼炉进行系统脱硫工艺控制,满足了中薄板坯连铸机的浇注要求,实现了全量钢水成品硫0.015%以下的低硫浇注,为稳定铸坯质量提供了保证。
Temperature conditions of hot metal to be pretreated, the injection rate of desul- phurization, the immersion depth of the injection lance and the slag skimming process in hot metal desulfurizing station for desulfurizing hot metal in 260 t ladle of Angang are optimized. The method on how to control desulphurization of the hot metal and expected results for the desulphurization are introduced. The content of sulphur in hot metal which is loaded into the converter can reach the required limit of 0.002%-0.030% by the desulfurizing process with magnesium-based com- bined injection in desulfurizing station for desulfurizing hot metal. So the hot metal desulfurizd by the above-mentioned desulfurizing method can meet the requirements to be cast by the medium-thin slab caster based on systematically controlling the desulfurizing process of hot metal and refining in ladle furnace (LF) and therefore the whole molten steel with low content of sulphur less than 0.015% can be cast successfully and then the quality of slabs can also be guaranteed.
