摘要
分析了喷吹颗粒镁脱硫的热力学、动力学以及影响脱硫率的各种因素,指出要提高铁水脱硫效果,镁颗粒粒度组成应以0.6~0.9mm为主,应尽可能加大喷枪插入深度,同时选择合理的喷吹压力和喷吹速度、合适的铁水温度和喷吹适宜的脱硫剂量,可为进一步发挥工艺优势、降低脱硫成本打下良好基础。
The thermodynamics, kinetics and some major factors which affect the degree of desulphurization are described. It is pointed out that the main granularity is composed of 0.6 to 0.9mm, deeper spout can improve the effect of desulfurization. At the same time, selecting reasonable injection pressure and speed, appropriate molten iron temperature and the injection quantity of desulphurizer can lay a good foundation for exerting the process predominance and reducing the desulphurization cost.
