摘要
以工业石灰为原料 ,经破碎、超细粉碎、加热脱水与表面改性工艺生产出具有流动性与防潮性的微米级钙基脱硫剂。生产优化工艺条件为 :脱水与改性温度为 15 0℃ ,30~ 6 0min ;改性剂选择有机硅 ,用量 1.5 % (质量分数 )。粉碎过程中改性剂的作用机理主要表现为 :超细粉碎过程中添加有机硅有利于阻止粉碎颗粒之间的团聚和颗粒与辊道之间的粘附 ,同时降低氧化钙吸水消解作用。工业试验表明采用此钙基脱硫剂与镁基脱硫剂混合喷吹技术能够生产出纯净钢产品。
The micro calcium oxide with high fluidity and moisture resistance has been developed using the industrial lime as the raw material by crushing, pulverizing, dehydrating (via heating) and modifying surface. The optimal process conditions required are: hydration and surface modification temperature 150 ℃, mixing time 30 to 60 minutes and 1.5 % silicon-organic as additive. The surface modification mechanism in the process of crushing and pulverizing is that adding proper amount of silicon-organic can check agglomeration between pulverized particles and prevent against adhesion of particles to the roll table and alleviate water absorption of calcium oxide. Industinal experiments show that steel products of high cleanliness can be produced by injection of mixture of CaO and Mg desulphurizer.
