摘要
针对当前炉外精炼渣主要成分Ca O在空气中易水化变质的不足,利用多功能分散反应釜,采用物理钝化法对石灰细粉进行防水化实验研究。实验结果表明:采用乙醇溶解析出覆层的方法可以取得较好的钝化效果;当硅油用量增加到3%以上时,有显著钝化效果,可以保持石灰低吸水率4天,第4天吸水率为6.3%;使用乙醇-石蜡溶解析出覆层的方法,石蜡用量为3%时,可保持低吸水率3天,第三天吸水率为3%,第4天迅速增加到7.5%;采用乙醇-硬脂酸溶解法,硬脂酸为4%的用量可使石灰保持低吸水率5天,第5天时吸水率为4.2%。
To decrease the water absorption rate of lime used in refining slag, the hydration-resistent experiments of lime powder were carded on by physical passivation method with multi-function reactor. The results show that, wh'en the dosage of silicone oil increases to more than 3%, there is significant passivation effect, low water absorption rate of lime can be maintained for 4 days, water absorption rate is 6.3% on the fourth day. Using the method Of ethanol dissolved paraffin precipitation coating, when the dosage is 3%, it can maintain a low water absorption rate for 3 days, on the third day water absorption rate is 3%, on the fourth day it increases rapidly to 7.5%. Using the method of ethanol dissolved stearic acid precipitation coating, when the dosage is 4%, it can maintain a low water absorption rate for 5 days, on the fifth day the absorption rate was 4.2%.
