摘要
以白云石为主要原料,研究了炭化处理白云石质耐火材料抗水化性能。炭化处理的作用是把熟料表面极易水化的游离CaO转变为稳定的CaCO3,从而在熟料表面形成一层碳酸钙薄膜。碳酸钙薄膜的形成有效的降低了熟料内部游离CaO与外界水分接触的机会,保护了MgO-CaO系耐火材料内部的游离CaO不受水化的影响,达到了提高抗水化的目的。
The hydration resistance of the dolomite based refractory after carbonization treatment is studied by taking dolomite as main raw material.The function of carbonization treatment is to convert the free calcium oxide that is located on the surface of clinker and is very easy to hydration,into stable CaCO3 so as to form a layer of CaCO3 film on the surface of clinker.The formatin of CaCO3 film reduces effectively the contact chances of free CaO in the clinker and outside water,protects the free CaO in MgO-CaO series clincker from hydration influence and reaches the aim of hydration resistance improvement.
