Sintering and hydration resistance of MgO-CaO-TiO_(2) materials

摘要 以白云石、工业钛白粉、轻烧镁砂为原料配制了不同组成的MgO-CaO-TiO2材料,分别于1500℃、1550℃、1600℃、1650℃保温3 h煅烧后,研究了材料的烧结性能,并采用蒸压法(0.1 MPa下蒸压2 h)研究了烧后试样的抗水化性能.研究结果表明:1550~1600℃煅烧后,试样均达到了良好的烧结,相对密度达到92%以上,原始配料中的CaO全部转化成了不易水化的CaO·TiO2,因而所有试样均表现出优良的抗水化性能. Sintering behaviors of four different MgO-CaO-TiO_(2) materials were investigated by using dolomite,industrial TiO_(2) and calcined magnesia as starting materials at the temperature of 1500 ℃,1550 ℃,1600 ℃ and 1650 ℃ for 3 hours respectively,and hydration resistances of MgO-CaO-TiO_(2) clinkers were examined as well by steam-curing for 2 hours at the pressure up to 0.1 MPa in the present work. The results show that the sintering processes of all MgO-CaO-TiO_(2) specimens finished at the temperature of 1550~1600 ℃,the relative densities of the specimens are up to 92% and over;All the clinkers show excellent hydration resistance due to the free CaO in the starting materials reacting with TiO_(2) and forming CaO·TiO_(2) during the sintering process.
