摘要
采用经水洗、浮选、筛分处理后的磷石膏,通过蒸压法制备α-Ca SO4·0.5H2O。以蒸压温度、蒸压时间及料浆含水率为因素,进行3因素3水平的正交实验,以力学性能为指标找出最优实验方案,并研究转晶剂作用下制备α半水石膏的效果。结果表明:蒸压温度140℃、蒸压时间8 h、料浆含水率30%时,可以制得7 d干抗压强度达22.16 MPa的α半水石膏;掺入硫酸铝和明胶作为复合转晶剂时,得到长径比约为2∶1的短柱状晶体,适宜掺量分别为0.6%和0.06%时,制品抗压强度达到30.71 MPa。
The article uses phosphogypsum which washed,selected and sieved to prepare α-CaSO4·0.5H2O by autoclaved method. Formulate orthogonal test of three factors and thred levels containing steam temperature,time and moisture content of slur- ry,then to find the optimal scheme under index of mechanical properties, and study the effect of crystal modifier. Experiment re- suits showed that:when the moisture content of the slurry is 30%,keeping autoclaved time of 8 hours under 140℃ can obtain α- semi-hydrated gypsum which 7 d dry compressive strength is 22.16 MPa: mixing compound crystal modifier(aluminum sulfate and gelatin) which suitable content is 0.6% and 0.06% can obtain short columnar crystals that length to diameter ratio is about 2:1, compressive strength is 30.71 MPa.
