摘要
通过常规搅拌器与异形叶片搅拌器在不同直径搅拌罐上的水力学模拟实验,探讨了搅拌器旋转直径与搅拌罐直径比对脱硫剂卷吸深度的影响,获得了两种叶片结构搅拌器的最佳搅拌旋转直径。实验结果表明,适当扩大常规搅拌器旋转直径可提高KR脱硫效率。
Through hydraulic simulation experiments of KR stirrers with normal and abnormal vane frames in different diameter tins,the effects of the ratio of rotation diameter to tin diameter on the immixture deepness of desulphurizer were studied.The optimum rotation diameter of stirrer is obtained under given experimental conditions.The results indicate that enlarging the rotation diameter of normal stirrer can improve the desulphurization efficiency of KR process.
