摘要
在建立弹靶模型的基础上,采用有限元软件LS-DYNA分别对装填铜,2024-T3铝和尼龙的侵彻膨胀弹以1 500 m/s着靶速度侵彻4340钢靶板的过程进行了数值模拟.结果表明:装填材料对侵彻膨胀弹横向效应的产生有较大影响.一定范围内装填材料的密度越小,PELE速度变化缓慢,而且变化持续时间越长,穿透靶板后的残余速度越小,产生横向效应的区域越大.
By building the model of the penetrator with enhanced lateral efficiency(PELE) and target of steel plate,LS-DYNA was used to simulate penetration of PELE filled copper,2024-T3 aluminium and nylon against 4340 steel plate at the impact velocity of 1 500 m/s.The results show that the filling material has important influence on the producing of lateral efficiency.In a certain range,with the filling material density decreases,the lateral efficiency range becomes wider,and the remnant velocity after penetrating target becomes lesser.
