长径比对侵彻膨胀弹横向效应的影响 被引量:9

摘要 采用有限元软件LS-DYNA,对装填尼龙的侵彻膨胀弹以1200m/s着靶速度侵彻4340钢靶板的过程进行了数值模拟,获得了长径比对侵彻膨胀弹横向效应产生的影响规律。结果表明:当长径比较小时,整个弹体基本都发生横向效应,但穿透靶板后的残余速度较小;当长径比较大时,弹体的一部分发生横向效应,穿透靶板后的残余速度很大;综合考虑横向效应的有效发挥和影响因素,侵彻膨胀弹的长径比取4∶1~6∶1比较适宜。 The penetration of penetrator with nylon-filled enhanced lateral efficiency (for short PELE) against 4340 steel plate at the speed of 1200m/s was simulated by LS-DYNA finite element software, and the influence on the ratio of length to diameter for generation of lateral efficiency was acquired. The result shows when ratio of length to diameter is comparatively small, the whole penetrator basically produces lateral efficiency; While remnant speed after penetrating target is small;When ratio of length to diameter is larger comparatively, part of penetrator produces lateral efficiency while remnant speed after penetrating target relatively is larger. Take validity of lateral efficiency and influence factors into account, 4 : 1 -6 : 1 is suitable for PELE of the ratio of length to diameter.
