内外径比对PELE横向效应影响的数值模拟 被引量:9

Numerical Simulation of the Influence of the Ratio of Inside to Outside Diameter on Lateral Efficiency of PELE

摘要 为分析内外径比对侵彻膨胀弹横向效应的影响,采用有限元软件LS-DYNA对装填尼龙的侵彻膨胀弹以1 200 m/s着靶速度侵彻4340钢靶板的过程进行了数值模拟.结果表明,当内外径比较小时,弹体的残余速度较大,而靶板的出口直径较小,其与靶板的作用过程接近于实心杆;当内外径比较大时,填充物与靶板作用面积大,壳体膨胀,孔径增大,横向效应的产生区域较大.综合考虑横向效应的有效发挥和影响因素,在文中选定的较优PELE和靶板参数条件下,侵彻膨胀弹的内外径比取0.6~0.8比较适宜. In order to analyze the influence of the ratio of inside to outside diameter on the Penetrator with Enhanced Lateral Efficiency(PELE),LS-DYNA finite element software was used to simulate the penetration of PELE filled with nylon against 4340 steel plate using the speed of 1 200 m/s.While the ratio of inside to outside diameter is less,the residual speed after penetrating target is higher,and the exit diameter of target is less,and its operation theory resembles solid penetrator.While the ratio of inside to ...
