摘要
多爆炸成型弹丸战斗部(MEFP)能有效提高炸药利用率和命中概率。基于ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件研究了刻槽式MEFP战斗部侵彻双层无间隔钢靶的过程,通过使用三维建模方法、不同材料分别选取不同的状态方程和本构方程,采用实体单元和壳单元进行网格划分,得到了刻槽式MEFP战斗部对靶板侵彻的数值计算结果。结果表明:刻槽式MEFP侵彻过程要经过开坑、联合侵彻、贯穿3个阶段。模拟结果与实验结果基本一致。
Multiple explosively formed projectiles (MEFP) can effectively raise utilization and hitting probability of explosive. The process of penetrating double-layer nonseptate steel targets with grooved MEFP was studied based on ANSYS/LS-DYNA in this paper. The results of numerical calculation was got by creating 3D model, different state equations and constitutive equations were selected by different materi- als, meshing was conducted by solid element and shell element. Calculated results show that penetration process should pass through three stages: spud-in stage, unite penetration stage and throughout stage. The simulation results are consistent with the experimental results.
