摘要 针对国内电动汽车充电桩规范化和标准化的需求,设计并实现了一种符合国网公司标准的电动汽车智能充电桩。首先介绍了国内电动汽车充电桩的现状、需求,然后以国网公司标准为设计原则,进行了硬件系统、主控板及监控单元的设计,采用了模块化设计原则进行了软件系统的设计,针对充电桩恶劣工作环境进行了环境及电磁兼容设计。本充电桩已在山东临沂、济南等众多充换电站运行使用,运行结果表明该装置安全、稳定、可靠,必将为电动汽车的发展提供强有力的保障。 According to the standardization requirements of electric vehicle charging pile, electric vehicle intelligent charging pile based on state grid standardization is designed and implemented. The paper first present current situation and requirements of national electric vehicle charging pile, then hardware system, demo - board, monitoring unit are designed by rule of state grid standardization. Software system is designed by modula- tion rule. Environmental and EMC measurement are designed for electric vehicle terrible environment. The elec- tric vehicle charging piles are used in Linyi, Jinan charging station of Shandong Province. Experimental result show that the equipment run safely, stably, reliably, which will provide powerful guarantee for electric vehicle development.
