摘要
由于间隙性新能源发电输出功率的波动性和不可控性,其并网容量受到了限制。针对该问题,提出一种新型"绿色电动汽车电池更换站",将间隙性新能源发电站与电动汽车电池更换站相结合,通过合适的协调控制策略,一方面可以借助于电动汽车电池更换站中的蓄电池来平衡间隙性新能源发电输出功率的波动,降低其对电力系统产生的不利影响;另一方面也可以利用新能源发电站所产生的能量降低电池更换站对电网的负荷需求,实现新能源发电并网容量与电动汽车规模化的同步发展。仿真结果显示所提方案不仅可以有效平滑间隙性新能源发电输出功率,降低电动汽车电池更换站对电网的负荷需求,同时也可以降低线路损耗,提高电能传输效率,节约用电成本。
Intermittent new energy grid-connected capacity is limited due to the volatility and uncontrollability of output power.To solve this problem,a novel idea,"green electric vehicle battery replacement station",is proposed in this paper.This new idea combined both battery replacement station and intermittent new energy power station,and by applying appropriate control strategy,the batteries can be used to eliminate the output power volatility and uncontrollability generated by the intermittent new energy power station and reduces its adverse effects on power system.In other words,the application of new energy can also reduce the large load demand of battery replacement station on power grid,and realize synchronous development between new energy grid-connected capacity and battery replacement station.Simulation results prove that the proposed idea not only can achieve the above objectives,but also can reduce the line losses,improve power transmission efficiency as well as save electricity costs.
