摘要
为了设计具有多功能、高安全性、高可靠性和兼容性、适用于各种电动汽车的直流充电桩系统,文中在分析该种充电系统需要达到的功能和需求的前提下,引入功能模块化技术,使用DSP与ARM的双控制板结构,完成了控制电路等硬件设计。同时在软件需求分析的基础上,重点对充电系统和电源之间通信的软件进行了设计。另外,文中还利用平台对该系统的设计进行了模拟实验。并对各个模块的功能进行了验证,证实了直流充电桩系统设计的可行性。
In order to design the charging pile system with multi functions,high safety,high reliability and compatibility,applicable to all kinds of electric vehicle. Based on the analysis of the function and demand of charging system needs to achieve,the introduction of functional modular technology,dual control board structure using DSP and ARM,to complete the control circuit at the same time in the software design,based on demand analysis,focuses on the design of communication software between charging system and power supply. In addition,the platform is used to simulate the design of the system,and the function of each module is verified,which confirms the feasibility of the design of DC charging pile system.
