摘要
针对电动汽车直流充电桩计费控制系统的智能化水平不够高的问题,设计了一套基于处理器ARM Cortex-A8控制的直流充电桩计费控制系统。首先根据电动汽车直流充电桩计费控制系统的功能要求进行了系统结构设计,并阐述了该系统的工作原理。接着对系统硬件的主要模块进行选型、对系统主要功能进行设计、对主要通信方式进行选择、再对计费控制系统的主要功能模块进行程序设计,进而实现了充电桩的充电控制、计费控制、GPRS短信发送和掉电存储等功能,提高了直流充电桩计费控制系统的智能化水平。
The intelligent level of charging control system of DC charging pile is not high enough,so a set of charging control system based on Cortex-A8 ARM is designed in this paper. Firstly,according to the functional requirements of the charging control system of the electric vehicle, the system structure is designed, and the working principle of the system is described. Then, the main modules of the system hardware are selected,and the main functions of the system are designed,and the main communication modes are selected,and the program of the main function module of the control system is designed. The main functions including charging control of charging pile,charging control,GPRS short message sending and power down storage are realized. The system can improve the intelligent level of charging control system of DC charging pile.
