为教育政策提供证据——当前英国教育政策研究的特点及启示 被引量:14

摘要 以21世纪以来英国教育政策研究的相关情况为例,探讨教育政策研究在英国教育发展中的重要地位,分析研究支撑教育政策的三个案例,并评述"基于证据的教育政策"理念及实践。英国有关研究与教育政策制定之间关系的理论和实践探索,特别是"基于证据的教育政策"理念及其研究方法的发展,对于强化我国教育政策研究基本理论和方法建设、提高教育政策研究水平,具有重要的参考价值。
