摘要
目的：观察中药玄参（ＳｃｒｏｐｈｕｌａｒｉａｎｉｎｇｐｏｅｎｓｉｓＨｅｍｓｌ．）中的微量化学成分。为传统中药的规范标准制定提供依据。方法：利用溶剂提取和硅胶等层析方法分离玄参乙醚可溶部位，获得的微量单体成分通过化学和光谱方法鉴定结构。结果：依据ＮＭＲ、ＭＳ、ＩＲ等光谱数据，鉴定玄参中微量成分柳杉醇和ｉｒｉｄｏｉｌａｃｔｏｎ的结构。结论：首次观察到玄参含二萜化合物柳杉醇和变异环烯醚萜ｉｒｉｄｏｉｄｌａｃｔｏｎ．
Aim To investigate the trace constituents of the roots of Scrophularia ninpoensis Hemsl.Methods The constituents were obtained by solvent extraction and chromatography on silica gel etc.Their structures were elucidated by chemical and spectroscopic methods (IR,EIMS, 1HNMR, 13 CNMR, 1H- 1H COSY,HMQC,HMBC).Results A trace monoterpenoid named iridoidlacton and a trace diterpenoid named sugiol were obtained first time from this plant.
