摘要
建立不同产地玄参药材甲醇溶解部分的HPLC指纹图谱,为科学评价与有效控制玄参质量提供了新方法。采用HPLC法测定了重庆市武隆县玄参等10个不同产地玄参样品。色谱条件为C18柱,甲醇-1%冰醋酸为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长290 nm,体积流量1.0 mL/min,柱温30℃。结果建立了HPLC指纹图谱共有模式,并对不同产地药材进行了相似度比较。本研究将有助于玄参药材的标准化种植及质量控制。
HPLC Fingerprint of the methanol-dissolved elements of radix scrophulariae collected from different areas provides a new way for scientific evaluation and proficient controlling of radix serophulariae quality . 10 samples of radix scrophulariae were tested by HPLC, which were from Wulong County, Chongqing City. The HPLC condition is that :Kromasil TM C18 column, washing solution of methanol 1% glacial acetic acid, 290 nm wave length ,1.0 mL/min flow rate ,30℃ column temperature. The result is that: the common model of HPLC Fingerprint is made and the similarity of radix scrophulariae from different areas is compared . This study will be good for the standard planting and quality control of radix serophulariae.
