摘要
[目的]从黄龙溪水中分离与纯化黏细菌,并研究其抑菌活性和抗肿瘤活性。[方法]通过对细菌的形态特征和生理生化特性的分析来鉴定黏细菌,并通过抑菌圈法与MTT法分析黏细菌次级代谢物的生物学活性。[结果]首次从淡水中成功分离到黏细菌,且该菌属于黏球菌属。该菌的次级代谢物具有抑制痢疾杆菌、副伤寒、表皮葡萄球菌的作用,在一定范围内具有浓度依赖性。同时,粘细菌还具有较好的抗肿瘤活性。[结论]淡水样品同样可以分离出黏球菌,其抗菌活性和抗肿瘤活性在医药和农业上具有良好的应用前景。
[ Objective ] The aim was to isolate and purify the myxobacteria from the sample of the river water of Huanglong ancient town and to study the bioactivity of the secondary metabolites including antibacterial activity and antitumor activity. [ Methods ] The myxobacteria was indentified by analyzing physiological, biological and morphological characteristics. Tie antibacterial and antirumor effects of the secondary metabolites were investigated by filter paper method and MTT method. [ Result] The myxobacteria were isolated from the freshwater successfully for the first time and indentified as Myxucoccus. And its secondary metabolites had broad-spectrum antibacterial activity and could effectively inhibit the growth of tumor cells, which had the concentration-dependence in a certain range, and better antitumor activity. [ Conclusion ] The myxobaeteria can be isolated and purified from the samples of freshwater. And its secondary metabolites had antibiotic activity and antitumor activity which had better application prospects in the medicine and agriculture.
