摘要
粘细菌的次级代谢产物药用潜力巨大,粘细菌的分离纯化及鉴定对粘细菌的研究而言意义重大。常用的分离方法有食草动物粪便诱导法、滤纸诱导法和细菌划线法;纯化方法有直接纯化法和间接纯化法;鉴定方法除传统的镜检法外目前比较通用的是16S r DNA测序比对法。
The secondary metabolites of myxobacteria have great potential for medicinal use, and the separation, purification and identification of myxobacteria are of great significance in the study of myxobacteria.The commonly used methods of isolation are herbivore fecal induction,filter paper induction and bacterial streak. The purification methods include direct and indirect purification. In addition to the traditional identification methods of microscopy, another method is 16S rDNA sequencing method.
