摘要
对衡水湖区域采集的水样、泥样、草样以及岸上沉积物样品预处理后,利用兔粪诱导、滤纸诱导、滤膜过滤等方法进行了粘细菌分离,共纯化得到24株粘细菌.根据营养细胞、粘孢子、子实体和菌落形态等特征可将所分离纯化粘细菌鉴定为珊瑚球菌属(Corallococcus)、囊球菌属(Angiococcus)、原囊菌属(Archangium)和粘球菌属(Myxococcus)4属.首次从淡水环境中分离出粘细菌.
Rabbit dung pellets inducing method, filter paper inducing method and the filter membrane filtering method were used to isolate myxobacteria from pretreated samples collected from Hengshui Lake region including water, mud, water grass, sedimerit on the bank, and so on. 24 strains were purified all together. From characteristics of vegetable cell, myxospore, fruiting body and clony etc, the 24 myxobacteria strains were primarily identified in genus level, and they belong to 4 genera: Corallococcus, Angiococcus, Archangium and Myxococcus. This is the first report of isolation myxobacteria from fresh water.
