摘要 目的筛选并鉴定黏细菌。方法用多菌灵抑制霉菌等真菌的生长,加热除去不耐热的杂菌,低温冷冻除去可能存在的蠕虫及不耐反复冻融的细菌;鉴定时用VY/4培养基、纤维素培养基、WCX培养基等。结果根据菌株的子实体结构、菌落形态、营养细胞和黏孢子形态等特征,有3株菌初步鉴定为嗜细菌群的囊球黏细菌属(Angiococcus)。结论得到3株黏细菌新菌株。 Objective To screen and identify myxobacteria. Methods During the screening of myxobacteria, carbendazol was used to inhibit the production of fungus and heating treatment was used to inhibit the production of heat-labile hybrid bacteria and freezing treatment was used to inhibit the growth of vermes and the production of bacteria that could not bear the freeze-thawing again and again. In order to identify myxobacteria, VY/4 culture medium, cellulose culture medium, WCX culture medium were used. Results Three strains were preliminarily classified as Angiococcus according to morphologic characteristics, such as fruiting bodies, colony, myxospores and vegetative cells. Conclusion Three new myxobacteria strains can be obtained.
