摘要
目的探讨儿科临床高剂量(1.5mg/㎏)雷公藤多苷(GTW)对幼年大鼠生育能力的影响。方法雄性、雌性SD幼鼠各50只,均随机分为空白组与GTW组,每组25只,GTW按每日9mg/kg给药,用药12周后,雄鼠按1:1与健康成年雌性大鼠合笼,雌鼠按2:1与健康成年雄鼠合笼,分3次合笼,每次合笼时间为2周,合笼后观察雌鼠受孕率、仔鼠离乳存活率。结果雌、雄鼠每次合笼后GTW组受孕率、离乳存活率与空白组比较差异均无统计学意义。结论临床高剂量GTW对幼年大鼠发育为成年大鼠后生育能力和所生仔鼠的生长发育未见明显影响。
Objective To explore the effects of high dose glycosides of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook. f (GTW) on the fertility of young rats. Methods Fifty female SD young rats and 50 male SD young rats were randomly divided into the blank group and the GTW group, 25 in each. GTW was given at the daily dose of 9 mg/kg. After 12 weeks of medication, the male rats were caged together with healthy adult female rats in the ratio of 1 : 1. The female rats were caged together with healthy adult male rats in the ratio of 2: 1. The cage process lasted for two weeks, totally for three times. The pregnant rate of female rats and the survival rate of ba- by rats were then observed. Results There was no significant difference in the pregnant rate or the survival rate of baby rats in the GTW group. Conclusion High dose GTW showed no obvious effects on the fertility of adult rats or the growth and development of new born rats.
