摘要
目的:观察高功率微波辐射对雄性大鼠生殖系统的影响及补肾生精中药复方的干预作用。方法:成年雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为空白组、辐射组、中药组。辐射组用微波辐照大鼠15min,连续7d,中药组大鼠在辐射期间每天灌服中药。辐射后第1、2、7、14天取材检测精子常规、大鼠睾丸切片,HE染色观察。结果:1第2、14天中药组精子总数高于辐射组(P<0.05),第14天中药组明显高于空白组(P<0.05);2第2、14天中药组精子总密度显著高于辐射组(P<0.05),第14天时中药组显著高于空白组(P<0.05);3第1、2、14天中药组a+b级精子率显著高于辐射组(P<0.05)。4与空白组比较,辐射组大鼠睾丸形态学表现为生精功能障碍,中药组大鼠睾丸形态明显好转。结论:补肾生精中药复方对微波辐射后大鼠生殖器官损害有一定的改善作用。
Objective: To observe the effects of the microwave irradiation on reproductive system of male rats, and to study the effects of Bushen Shengjing Formula on the reproductive system of male rats after the radiation. Methods: Male Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group (Controls), radiation group (Radiations) and traditional Chinese medicine treatment group (Drugs). Radiations and Drugs were received microwave irradiation 15 minutes a day, lasting for 7 days. Meanwhile, the Drugs were given a special traditional Chinese medicine by intragastric administration once a day. At the first day (ld), 2nd day (2d), 7th day (7d) and 14th day (14d) after radiation, the sperms and testis of the rats were collected to detect the motility of sperms, and pathologic changes of the testis were observed after HE stain, respectively. Results: (1)At the 2d, 14d, the sperm count of Drugs was significantly higher than that of Radiations (P〈0.05), as well the sperm count of Drugs higher than that of Controls at 14d (P〈0.05). (2)At 2d, 14d, the density of sperm in Drugs was significantly higher than that in Radiations (P〈0.05), as well the density of sperm in Drugs higher than that in Controls at 14d (P〈0.05). (3)At ld, 2d, 14d, the percent of sperm grade a+b in Drugs was significantly higher than that in Radiations (P〈0.05). (4)The pathologic changes of testis in Radiations displayed disturbance of spermatogenesis compared to Controls, while that in Drugs displayed normal function of spermatogenesis. Conclusion: The microwave radiation could affect the movement parameters of sperms and lead to histological changes in testis in rats, which could be improved by Bushen Shengjing Formula.
