脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2与冠心病关系研究进展 被引量：5

摘要 冠状动脉粥样硬化（AS）是冠心病发生的病理基础,粥样斑块的形成、发展和破裂过程均有炎症递质的参与。传统炎症标志物的流行病学研究都已表明炎症过程与冠脉粥样硬化斑块形成和急性心血管事件发生有关。
