摘要 脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2主要由巨噬细胞和淋巴细胞产生,大部分与低密度脂蛋白结合,能水解低密度脂蛋白上的氧化磷脂,产生溶血卵磷脂和氧化游离脂肪酸,促进炎症和动脉粥样硬化的发生发展,可作为冠心病危险的独立预测因子。 Lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 ( Lp-PLA2 ) is secreted mainly by macrophages and lymphocytes. The enzyme is predominantly bound to low-density lipoprotein cholesterol particles in humans,its activity produces lysophosphatidylcholine and non-esterified fatty acids that promote inflammatory processes present at every stage of atherogenesis. Lp-PLA2 is an independent risk predictor of coronary heart disease.
