摘要
目的探讨氨基酸维生素制剂对力竭运动大鼠的抗疲劳作用,为新型抗疲劳营养补剂的开发提供理论基础。方法雄性SD大鼠36只,适应性游泳后随机分为胶囊组、对照组和冲剂组,每组12只。采用无负重游泳方式建立大鼠力竭游泳模型。分别给予复方氨基酸胶囊、正常饮用水和氨基酸果糖粉固体饮料。14d后处死、取材,测定大鼠力竭游泳时间、肝糖原和肌糖原含量、血清β-内啡肽(β-EP)、乳酸(LA)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)水平。结果胶囊组和冲剂组大鼠游泳力竭时间显著长于对照组(P<0.05),肝糖原、肌糖原含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),血清β-EP、LDH、CK均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),血乳酸水平无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论复方氨基酸维生素制剂可延长大鼠游泳力竭时间,增加肌糖原和肝糖原含量,减少大鼠疲劳运动时的多种代谢产物生成,从而发挥抗疲劳作用。
Objective The present study was aimed to investigate the anti-fatigue effect of amino acids and vitamins on rats after exhaustive exercise. In addition, the current research might provide a theoretical foundation for the future development of new anti-fatigue nutritional supplements. Methods 36 male SD rats were randomly divided into three groups after adaptive swimming. Each group consisted of 12 rats, namely amino acids and vitamins capsule group (capsule group), control with bland water group (control group), and amino acid and fructose beverage group (granules group). Exhaustion was reproduced by non-load swimming. After 14 days of feeding with different beverages, all rats were killed to measure the exhaustion time after swimming concentrations of muscle and hepatic glycogen, and contents of serum β -endorphin ( β -EP), lactic acid (LA), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), and creatine kinase (CK). Results The swimming time, as well as the levels of the muscle and hepatic glycogen in the capsule and granules groups were higher than that in the control group (P〈0.05). The serum β -EP, LDH, and CK in the aforementioned two groups were significantly lower than that that in the control group (P〈0.05), whereas the blood lactate levels showed no significant difference among groups (P〉0.05). Conclusion Compound amino acids and vitamins can delay exhaustion after swimming in rats, increase hepatic and muscle glycogen content, and decrease the generation of various metabolites during fatigue exercises, hence, giving anti-fatigue effects.
