摘要
介绍了转向架构架对于地铁车辆安全运营的重要性,并对构架进行离散化处理,按照UIC615-4标准对构架施加载荷,建立构架的有限元模型。利用有限元分析软件ANSYS研究构架在各工况下的应力分布。最后,根据第四强度理论,完成了构架的静强度分析;根据Goodman疲劳极限图完成了构架的疲劳强度分析,并得出构架静强度和疲劳强度均合格的结论。分析结果为同类型的转向架的设计、改型和优化提供了参考和依据。
Based on the introduction about the importance of the bogie frame to the safety of vehicle operation, it builds the finite element model, defines the main loadcase load according to standard of UIC 615 -4.Based on the finite element analysis, it presents the stress distribution under the load condition and the biggest stress, puts forward the static strength according to the fourth strength theory, and evaluates the fatigue strength according to the matieral's Goodman fatigur limit diagram. It provides the referanee for the frame to meet both static strength and fatigue strength.
