摘要
提出了基于疲劳设计的优化设计方法 ,即将 Goodman疲劳极限线图作为优化分析中的约束条件之一以实现优化设计与疲劳设计的结合 ,并以某高速客车转向架为例 ,运用该方法进行优化 ,得到了同时满足静强度和疲劳强度的构架轻量化设计。
The optimized design method on the basis of fatigue design is put forward,i.e.,the Goodman fatigue limit graph is taken as one of the binding conditions in the optimization analysis to realize the connection between the optimized design and the fatigue design.With a high speed passenger car as an example,optimization is made with the method,and the lightened frame design which can meet the static strength and fatigue strength simultaneously is obtained.
