摘要
屈曲和抗凹分析是车身外板进行强度和稳定性分析的重要方法,其目的在于模拟外板薄弱处施加载荷后及卸载的变形过程,寻找该过程中是否有不稳定的变形,并计算卸载后的最大塑性变形,针对变形量大于目标值的区域进行优化。
The inflexion and resistence analysis are some important ways to analyse the intensity and stability of outside plate of a car body. The purpose is to simulate the process of deforming before and after loading on the weak area of outside plate, find out whether or not the instability deforming exists in this process, and calculate the maximum plastic deformation after loading, to improve the area where the deforming was greater than target value.
