载货汽车的前悬架建模及仿真分析 被引量:1

摘要 基于动力学仿真软件ADAMS/Car,建立某载货汽车的前悬架的模型并进行仿真分析,以评测其性能的优劣性。首先根据手工测量前悬架系统所获得的数据,在ADAMS/Car中建立前悬架多体系统的动力学仿真模型。然后利用悬挂试验台对车轮施加位移时间历程激励并对其悬挂特性(包括前束角,外倾角,主销后倾角和轮距变化等)进行研究分析,得到前悬架在施加载荷后前束角,外倾角,主销后倾角等随车轮跳动量的变化曲线。通过对变化曲线进行分析,并应用ADAMS/Insight进行优化,得出更为合理的模型。 The quality of front suspension of a lorry was evaluated by simulation analysis based on the dynamics simulation software ADAMS/Car.The front suspension multiple body system dynamics model was set up in the ADAMS/Car on the basis of the data,which was obtained by measuring the system of front suspension.Displacement time process incentive on the wheel was loaded by the suspension test rig,and the suspension characteristic included toe angle,camber angle,kingpin caster angle and the wheel track change was studied and analyzed,by which the curve of the toe angle,camber angle,kingpin caster angle and the wheel track change with wheels of beating were obtained.The more rational model was got through analyzing the change curve and optimizing based on ADAMS/Insight.
