摘要
目前,高校教师的职业倦怠现象十分普遍,它的存在对教师自身、教学效果和整个社会都产生了负面影响,本文从教师个人、学校、社会3个层面分析了高校教师产生职业倦怠原因,希望引起社会各方面对高校教师职业倦怠现象的关注.
At present,the college teachers burnout is widespread,its presence had a negative impact on the teachers themselves,teaching effects and the whole community.This article analyzed reasons of college teachers burnout from the perspective of individual teachers,colleges and the community,so as to arouse attention to the phenomenon of college teachers burnout from all sectors of society.
