摘要
以281名高职院校教师为被试,采用分层随机抽样问卷调查方式进行问卷调查。旨在了解高职教师的职业压力、职业倦怠现状;探讨影响因素及人口学变量对职业压力和职业倦怠的影响。通过调查研究的结果分析,为高职院校树立"以师为本"的现代管理理念,营造"人本化"环境,实施科学化管理,提供参考和建议。
Abstract: This research selects 281 teachers working in a vocational-technical college as subjects, takes random samples in different levels and gathers the facts by questionnaires. The purpose of this research is to use empirical method to know the professional stress and burnout status of high vocational college teachers; to discuss influential factors and also the influence of demonology on professional stress and professional burnout; to provide some references and suggestions about developing a teacher-oriented concept of modern management, creating a teacher-friendly environment and implementing scientific management.
