摘要 研制出一种L波段大功率、高合成效率、高效率的平衡式功率放大器,电路设计采用三级级联结构,根据负载牵引得到晶体管的输入输出阻抗实现共轭匹配,并采用3 dB分支线型耦合器对平衡式放大器的信号进行分配与合成。保证两路信号幅相一致,测得结果为:工作频率为1.5 GHz时,1 dB压缩点输出功率42.73 dBm,增益在60 dB以上,合成效率约为93%,PAE为48.7%。同时,采用计算分析的方法讨论了两路合成信号的幅度、相位不平衡及合成器电路损耗对合成效率的影响,并进行了实际的测试。 A three-stage L-band balanced power amplifier with large output power, high combining-efficiency and high PAE was presented. The input and output impendence of power transistor were achieved through the load-pull desiging method to realize the conjugated matching in ADS. A 3 dB Branch Line Hybrid Coupler was employed to split and combine the signal. From the measured results ,the P-1 was 42.73 dBm with the power gain over 60 dB at 1.5 GHz,the combining-efficiency of 93% and the PAE of 48.7% was achieved as well. The influences caused by insertion loss, amplitude unbalance and phase unbalance which were generated by power amplifiers were investigated both though simulation method and practical measurment.
