摘要
为了解决功率放大器调试工作复杂的问题以及提高其效率,选用型号为CGH40010F的GaN HEMT晶体管,设计了一款E类功率放大器,利用电容和微带线进行匹配,并在漏极偏置加入一个T型L-C电路消除输出电容对最大工作频率的限制。提高了其灵活性的同时,也提升了它在高频时的效率。在ADS软件中进行设计并仿真,根据市场需求最终选定频率为2.1 GHz,所得到的最大效率为73.5%,输出功率值为40 dBm。经过实测,最大效率为70.8%,在此情况下获得的输出功率值为39.5 dBm。并与近几年的E类功放性能进行比较,很明显在保证了高频率的前提下拥有更先进的性能,说明了实验的方法是可行的,此外,设计的E类功率放大器有着更加灵活的优势。
In order to solve the complex debugging of power amplifier and improve its efficiency,GaN HEMT transistor CGH40010F is selected to design a class E power amplifier.The capacitor and microstrip line are matched,and a T-type LC circuit is added in the drain bias to eliminate the limit of the output capacitor on the maximum operating frequency.This improves its flexibility and efficiency at high frequencies.The design and simulation are carried out in ADS software,and the final frequency is selected as 2.1 GHz according to the market demand.The maximum efficiency is 73.5%and the output power value is 40 dBm.The maximum efficiency is 70.8%,and the output power is 39.5 dBm.And compared with the performance of class E power amplifier in recent years,it is obvious that it has more advanced performance under the premise of ensuring high frequency,which shows that the experimental method is feasible.In addition,the design of class E power amplifier has the advantage of more flexible.
