摘要 目的:了解江苏地区正常成年人群跟骨骨密度(BMD)的分布规律和骨量丢失情况,初步建立正常参考值范围,为骨质疏松预防提供科学依据。方法:采用韩国SONOST3000超声BMD度测量仪,测量年龄20~65岁的正常成年人跟骨BMD。结果:两性的骨量指标SOS、BQI、T-Score在20~30岁之间达到高峰,之后均开始下降,与年龄均呈负相关;女性骨量丢失速率明显高于男性,且年龄呈正相关。结论:江苏地区正常人群跟骨超声BMD测量值与年龄、地域有显著的相关性。使用定量超声技术获得江苏地区男、女正常人群跟骨超声BMD参考值范围,对骨质疏松的诊治具有重要意义。 Objective:To study the ultrasonic bone mineral density(BMD) regularity and bone loss conditions in the normal adults in Jiangsu province,and to establish the normal reference ranges for index of ultrasonic bone mass of healthy subjects in the region for the diagnosis and prevention of osteoporosis.Methods:Ultrasonic BMD of calcaneus was measured for 919 resident ages ranged from 20 to 65 years by Korea SONOST3000 bone densitometer in Jiangsu.Results:The peak values of SOS,BQI,T-Score in both sexes appeared in 21~30 age group.After reaching the peak value,these values began to decline with age increased.All indexes of bone mass of men and women were showed negative correlation with age.The female bone loss rate was significantly higher than that of males,and was positively correlated with age.Conclusion: The values of ultrasonic bone mineral density of calcaneus in the normal adults in Jiangsu were significantly correlated with age,and different region.The reference ranges of indexes of bone mass of calcaneus in people of Jiangsu were obtained with quantitive ultrasound(QUS) technique,which provided a reference of diagnostic criteria of osteoporosis for clinic and epidemiology.
