摘要
目的探讨中老年男性精囊腺的大小与年龄、精囊腺形态及前列腺增大的关系。方法分析江苏地区153例50-93岁男性盆腔CT断层图像。结果精囊腺形态多样,其两侧叶长度约为(4.50±0.50)cm,厚度约为(1.70±0.50)cm。不同年龄段的精囊腺两侧叶长度和厚度测量值及校正值相仿(P>0.05)。不同形态精囊腺两侧叶厚度测量值及校正值差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。前列腺增大者的精囊腺两侧叶长度校正值较前列腺正常者的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。前列腺增大者的精囊腺两侧叶厚度的测量值及校正值均大于前列腺正常者(P<0.05)。结论中老年男性精囊腺大小与年龄、精囊腺形态及前列腺增生程度有一定关系。临床判断精囊腺大小异常时,要根据骨盆大小对测量值进行校正。
Objective To investigate the CT features of seminal vesicles in middleage and aged man in Jiangsu district. Methods CT features of the seminal vesicles in 153 males aged 50-93 years old were analyzed. Results The shape of the seminal vesicles was varied with the mean length of （4. 50±0. 50） cm and the mean thickness of （1.70±0. 50） cm. The differences in sizes or corrected values among different age groups were not significant（P〉0. 05）. The differences of mean thickness and its corrected value among different shape groups were statistically significant（P〈0. 01）, which were not in the length of the seminal vesicles （P〉0. 05）. The corrected length of the vesicles was longer in the cases with benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH） than that in those with normal prostate （P〈0. 05）. The mean thickness and its corrected value were greater in BPH cases than those in ~hose with normal prostate（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The size of the seminal vesicle is related with the age, shape of the vesicle and degree of prostatic hypertrophy. The results of seminal vesicle measurements should be corrected with the size of pelvic cavity for making a suitable evaluation about the size of the seminal vesicle.
