摘要
目的探讨放射吸收法(RA)骨密度测定铝楔的作用原理。方法从骨质疏松定义开始,介绍骨密度现行的几种测量方法,重点为用RA法进行骨密度测量的原理。结果RA法可在X线机基础上进行,无须添加新设备,即可完成骨密度测量。结论RA技术是目前BMD测量中准确、方便、快捷、费用低的方法之一,值得普遍推广。
Objective To explore the principles of the radiographic absorptiometry method in quantiative evaluation of bone mineral density.Methods The definition of osteoporosis was firstly explained in this paper,then common measurement methods of bone mineral density were introduced, and principles of radiographic absorptiometry medthod （RA） were emphatically introduced.Results RA technology didn＇t need to add any new equipment because it was based on the X-ray system. Conclusion RA medthod is one of the most accurate, convenient and quickest ways in the technical measurement of BMD currently and deserves widespread promotion.
