摘要
目的:探索百色地区壮族成年男性跟骨骨密度随年龄变化的规律和定量超声骨量峰值,为广泛筛查壮族老年男性人群骨质疏松症提供科学依据。方法:对25-70岁祖辈3代双亲均为壮族的751例男性志愿者进行跟骨定量超声测定,以5岁为1个年龄组。结果:壮族成年男性的超声振幅衰减(BUA)峰值出现在25-29岁组,BUA值为(65.42±4.78)ab/MHz随后,BUA值逐渐降低,其中,40-44岁组至65-70岁组与25-29岁组相比差异有统计学意义;从25-29岁组至65-70岁组,骨量正常者的比例由84.85%降低至34.44%;而骨质疏松的比例则逐步上升,在65-70岁组达到47.78%。结论:百色地区壮族男性跟骨BUA骨量峰值出现在25-29岁组,此数据可作为广泛筛查该地区壮族男性老年人群骨质疏松症的科学依据。
Objective: To explore the age-related changes of the value of calcaneal broadband ultrasonic attenuation (BUA) and establish the peak values of BUA in the male Zhuang nationality in Baise, the data would be provided for screening oste- oporosis in the aged men of Zhuang nationality. Methods: 751 male Zhuang volunteers aged Z5 to 70 were divided into nine age groups by per five years. The bone density in the left calcaneus was evaluated with quantitative ultrasound (QUS) in- strument by measuring the values of BUA. Results: The peak value of BUA of the male Zhuang nationality was 65.42± 4. 78db/MHz in the 25-29 age group. Following the peak value, the values of BUA gradually descended with age. Signifi- cant differences were found in the values of BUA between the 25-29 age group and the 40-44 to 65-70 age groups. While the proportion of normalbone density descended from 84. 85 % to 34. 44 %with age, the proportion of osteoporosis gradually in- creased, and was 47. 78% in the 65-70 age group. Conclusion: The peak value of BUA in the left calcaneus of the male Zhuang nationality in Baise is 65.42±4. 78 db/MHz in the 25-29 age group. The data may be scientific basis for screening osteoporosis in the aged men of Baise Zhuang nationality.
