摘要
生产车间设备布局设计是一个组合优化问题,具有非线性、NP-hard等特性。基于车间布局的总物料搬运成本最小和车间面积利用率最大的设计原则,建立生产车间的多目标优化模型。求解该问题时,应用了自适应交叉和变异策略,即对交叉、变异算子进行非线性设计,使交叉率和变异率随种群中个体适应度值的变化而变化。实验结果表明,自适应遗传算法具有搜索速度更快、收敛精度更高等优点,适合在实际生产中应用。
The facility layout design of manufacturing workshop is a combination optimization problem, which has a non - linear and NP - complete characteristic. In this paper, we create the multi - objective optimal model based on the principles of the facility layout's minimum total material handling costs and maximum workshop area utilization. To address this problem, a kind of adaptive crossover and mutation strategy are used. Nonlinear process is made to the crossover and mutation operator, so that the rates of crossover and mutation can be changed according to the fitness of individual. The experiment result demonstrates that the adaptive genetic algorithm had the advantages of faster searching speed and higher converging precision. It is suitable to use in the facility layout design.
