摘要
建立了一种多色彩复杂图案的马赛克自动铺贴设备流水线的生产效率以及制造成本的优化模型。该模型反映了以工作站数量为约束,以色彩种数、目标产量为输入量的多目标规划问题。以某企业的实际订单为例,给出相应的模拟优化方案,达到了时间-成本双优的预期目标。
A cost and efficiency optimization model for a fully-automated system was developed for til- ing various colors of mosaics without human intervention. Based on multi-programming, this model was restrained by the workstation number and the number of colors and production were taken as input value. Simulation shows that this model is capable of satisfying both efficiency and cost requirements of enterprise, taking the actual order of a company as an example
