摘要
针对U型轨道式堆垛机自动化立体仓库复合出入库作业调度,提出采用集中巷道作业、优化出入库调度的策略。首先,建立了改进的指派问题优化模型以减少堆垛机在U型弯道处的行走次数及作业时间;接着,指出采用匈牙利算法求解改进的指派问题模型;最后,建立了eM-Plant仿真模型进行仿真验证,仿真结果表明,与动态规划优化策略相比,采用提出的策略更能减少堆垛机工作时间,降低堆垛机的空载率,同时出入库台的堵塞率也能得到一定程度的降低。
In this paper, in view of the composite inbound activity dispatching process of the AS/RS based onU-shaped rail-mounted stackers, we proposed the strategy to integrate the tunnel operations and optimize the inbound]outbound dispatching system. Next we simulated it by building an eM-Plant model and demonstrated the superiority of the strategy.
