摘要
本实验采用紫外分光光度法测定马蹄香不同部位马兜铃酸A的含量。方法:提取分离不同年份中马蹄香根、茎、叶不同部位,通过紫外分光光度法测定马兜铃酸A的含量。结果:通过检测得知马兜铃酸A主要存在与马蹄香的地下根部位。通过不同年份马蹄香植物中马兜铃酸A的含量比较分析,得出马兜铃酸A在植物内存在比较稳定。
This experiment adopts UV spectrophotometric in order to determinate aristolochic acid A in different organs of Valeriana Jatamansi.Methods: extraction and separation of different years Valeriana Jatamansi roots,stems,leaves in different parts,determination of aristolochic acid A in different organs of Valeriana Jatamansi by UV spectrophotometric.Results: aristolochie acid A mainly presents Valeriana Jatamansi underground root parts by detecting.Comparatively analyze contents of different years aristolochie acid A in Valeriana Jatamansi,aristolochie acid A in plants are relatively stable.
