摘要
中药活性成分的定性和定量分析一直是解决中药质量标志物及建立中药质量控制方法的主要手段.随着质谱技术的发展,三重四极杆质谱技术在中药成分分析工作中得到了广泛的应用.三重四极杆质谱法具有准确、高效、适宜多种类型药物检测等优点.因此,该技术在中药研究中得到了广泛的应用.本文对三重四级杆质谱技术在中药研究中的应用近期进展进行综述.
The qualitative and quantitative analysis of active components of Chinese herbal medicines is being used to determine their material basis in traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）and to establish quality control. The analysis of triple quadrupole mass spectrometry has been widely applied in the analysis of traditional Chinese medicine. It is accurate,efficient and suitable for all kinds of drug testing. This paper reviews the recent advances in the application of triple quadrupole mass spectrometry in traditional Chinese medicine studies.
