摘要
目的:汇总本院所有含马兜铃科草药的中成药,分析潜在的安全问题,为临床安全用药提供依据。方法:筛选本院所有含马兜铃科草药的中成药,结合文献资料、《中华人民共和国药典》2015版、原国家食品药品监督管理总局发布的规定和指导原则,分析药品成品检验报告及说明书。结果与结论:所有含马兜铃科草药的中成药的成品检测尽管按照规定进行操作,说明书也按照规定书写,但由于中药和中成药的药品标准不够完善且存在漏洞,存在较大的安全隐患。
Objective:To summarize all Chinese Traditional Medicines containing Aristolochia herbs in our hospital,and analyze their potential safety problems,so as to provide a reasonable and scientific basis for clinical safe medication. Methods:Screened out ALL Chinese Traditional Medicines containing Aristolochic herbs in our hospital. Combined with the literature data,to refer to relevant regulations and guiding principles of Ch.P(2015 edition) and the CFDA,the finished product inspection report and instructions were analyzed. Results and Conclusion:Although all finished products of Chinese Traditional Medicines containing Aristolochia herbs were tested in accordance with relevant regulations,the instructions were also written in accordance with relevant regulations. However,due to the imperfect and defective national drug standards for Chinese traditional medicines and Chinese patent medicines,there were great potential safety risks for such Chinese Traditional Medicines.
