摘要
从蹄叶橐吾根乙醇提取物中分离得到11种化合物,经理化和波谱分析分别鉴定为原儿茶醛(1)、7-羟基-色原酮(2)、咖啡酸(3)、阿魏酸(4)、1,5-二咖啡酰奎宁酸(5)、当归酸(6)、β-谷甾醇(7)、胡萝卜苷(8)、蜂斗菜素(9)、异蜂斗菜素(10)及正三十五烷(11)。其中酚类化合物1~5、倍半萜类化合物9~10及脂烃11为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Eleven compounds were isolated from the ethanol extracts of the roots of Ligularia fischeri Turcz. They were identified by chemical and spectral methods as protocatechualdehyde (1) ,7-hydroxy-chrome( 2), caffeic acid (3), ferulic acid ( 4 ), 1,3-dicaffeyol-quinic acid ( 5 ), angelic acid ( 6 ) ,β-sitosteml ( 7 ), daucosterol ( 8 ), petasin ( 9 ), isopetasin ( 10 ), and pentatriacontane ( 11 ). Among them, phenol constituents 1-5, sesquiterpens 9-10 and lipid 11 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
