摘要 目的:对红楝子枝叶的化学成分进行研究。方法:应用多种色谱方法进行分离和纯化,并利用NMR和IR等方法解析化合物结构。结果:从红楝子枝叶的石油醚和氯仿提取物中分离得到7个化合物,它们的结构分别被鉴定为3-Acetoxy-17-furan-3-yl-1-hydroxy-1,4,4,10,13-pentamethyl-12-oxo-tetradecahydro-16,20-dioxa-cyclopropa[14,15]cyclopenta[α]phenanthrene-7-carboxylic acid methyl ester(I)、谷甾醇(II)、豆甾醇(Ⅲ)、正三十五烷(Ⅳ)、棕榈酸(Ⅴ)、正二十烷(Ⅵ)、3-(3-Propyl-[1,1′,3′,1″]tercyclohexan-3″-yl)-propan-1-ol(Ⅶ)。结论:化合物Ⅰ、Ⅳ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物Ⅰ为新化合物。 Objective :To study the chemical constituents of the tress of Toona ciliata. Methods: The compounds were isolated by many kinds of chromatography methods and identified on the basis of physico-chemical characters and spectroscopic analysis. Results: r Seven compounds were obtained from the petrol and chloroform extracts of the tress of Toona ciliata, and their structures were identified as 3-Acetoxy-17-furan-3-yl-l-hydroxy-1,4,4, 10, 13-pentamethyl-12-oxo-tetradecahydro-16,20-dioxa-cyclopropa [ 14, 15 ] cyclopenta [ α ] phenanthrene-7-carboxylic acid methyl ester ( Ⅰ ) ,β-sitosterol ( Ⅱ ), stigmasterol (Ⅲ ), n-C35 H72 (Ⅳ), palmitinic acid ( Ⅴ ), n-C20 H42 ( Ⅵ), 3- ( 3-Propyl- [ 1,1', 3', 1 "] tercyclohexan-3"-yl ) -propan-1 -ol ( Ⅶ). Conclusion : Compounds Ⅰ . Ⅳ, Ⅵ, Ⅶ are isolated from this plant for the first time and compound Ⅰ is a new compound.
